NAMPA, Idaho — For the third straight year the Crusader women's basketball team is joining in the fight against breast cancer by hosting its annual "Play4Kay" breast cancer awareness game.
The game, which raises funds for the Kay Yow Fund to raise awareness and fight breast cancer, will be this Saturday, February 20, when the Northwest Nazarene women's basketball team hosts Concordia at the Johnson Sports Center at 7 p.m.
Special events for the evening include a silent auction for a signed Crusader women's basketball warm-up top, pink t-shirts with be available for a $5 donation, and a limited supply of Crusader pink baseball hats will also be on-hand and available for a $15 donation.
After the game, the NNU women's basketball team will hold a special autograph session for fans, with donations to fight breast cancer also being accepted.
All donations from the silent auction, hats, t-shirts and during the autograph session will go to the Kay Yow Fund.
So put on your pink, come out and cheer your Crusaders to victory, and join in the fight against breast cancer.
