FRESNO, Calif. – Megan Hingston scored 21 points to lead the Northwest Nazarene women's basketball team to an 85-62 victory over Fresno Pacific in tonight's non-conference D. II matchup held in Fresno, California.

Taylor Simmons played great for us, both defensively and attacking the basket,“ commented head coach Kelli Lindley

“We did a much better job today limiting Keairra White after her 40-point performance last night,“ added Lindley, “It was exciting to see improvement in our team defense."

NNU was 46.5-percent (33 of 71) from the field and 77.3-percent (17-22) from the foul line. FPU shot 34.3-percent (24-70) from the floor and 24.0-percent (6-25) from beyond the arc.
