NAMPA, Idaho - The Montana State University Billings softball team swept a Great Northwest Athletic Conference doubleheader from the Crusaders on Saturday afternoon 4-3 and 8-5 at Halle Field on the NNU campus.

Tied at 3-3 in the seventh, the Yellowjackets scored an unearned run on a throwing error to win the game in the top half of the inning, as the Crusaders couldn't answer in the bottom of the frame.

Game two saw the 'Jackets score one in the second, two in the fourth, and three in the fifth to take control of the contest.  MSUB had 14 hits in the game to support winning pitcher Josie Grotbo (4-8), while NNU's Dana Shipley (0-2) took the loss.
