GREAT FALLS, Mont. - The Northwest Nazarene University softball team split a non-conference doubleheader this afternoon at the University of Great Falls, winning game one 6-3, but falling in game two 16-8 at the Multi-Sports Complex in Great Falls.

The Crusaders (2-26 overall) out-hit the Argos 8-5 in the opener, plating three runs in the first and single runs in the third, fifth and sixth.  Game two saw the Argos (10-7 overall) pound out 22 hits and score seven of their 16 runs in the first inning.

Game details and statistics were not provided by the University of Great Falls.

The Crusaders will now face Montana State Billings on Saturday in a GNAC doubleheader in Billings.
