NAMPA, Idaho - Seattle University pitcher Erin Martin pitched a five-inning perfect game on Friday as the Redhawks defeated the Northwest Nazarene University softball team 12-0 in a non-conference game at Halle Field.
Martin improved to 9-0 on the year, striking out three of the 15 batters she faced, and helped the Redhawks improve to 16-1 overall.  It is the second no-hitter of her career, but her first perfect game.
The Crusaders fall to 0-22 overall as 
Dana Shipley (0-10) took the loss in the circle.
The Redhawks and Crusaders will play a GNAC doubleheader tomorrow at 11 a.m.
