BOISE, Idaho - We all know the talent that Northwest Nazarene softball standout Tori Hensley displays on the diamond, but her talents definitely do not stop there as she is also a member of an up-and-coming band that was recently featured on the Treasure Valley's NBC affiliate TV station, KTVB (Channel 7). 

Hensley, vocalist for Town of Trees, and her bandmates joined the Idaho Today: Artist Spotlight segment on the station on Tuesday to talk about their band, upcoming album and tour dates, and to perform one song for the viewers. Both segments can be viewed below.

On the softball diamond, Hensley is starring both in the circle and at the plate this season. She leads the pitching staff with a 2.25 ERA while recording 41 strikeouts in 13 appearances and 11 starts. She is also a key part of the Nighthawks' lineup, currently second on the team with a .338 batting average and leading the team with 25 hits while adding 10 runs scored, three doubles, and 14 RBIs. Hensley has also earned GNAC Pitcher of the Week honors once this year for her efforts from Feb. 6-12.
