NAMPA, Idaho - Northwest Nazarene University head women's basketball coach Kelli Lindley has announced that Francesca Hale has signed a commitment letter to attend NNU and play basketball for the Crusaders this fall.

 

Hale (Fr., 5-9, G, Mountain Home, ID) graduated from Mountain Home High School where she was the Idaho 4A Southern Idaho Conference Player-of-the-Year, having averaged 14.0 points, 5.4 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 3.5 steals per game.  In addition to her team and conference awards, Hale was a second-team all-state selection.

 

"Francesca has tremendous natural athleticism and her ceiling for improvement is very high," Lindley commented.  "She is going to be fun to coach, watch her progress, and see just how good she can really be."
